Charming clean Lakehouse perched up above Goodyear lake . Steps lead down to a spacious dock where next door you can rent boats and kayaks. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms . Accommodates 8 comfortably . Cooperstown dreamparks only a short ride away . House fully furnished with a king bed in master bedroom with a lovely balcony overlooking yard and a view of the lake . Second bedroom has a queen bed and also views of the lake . Downstairs is the third bedroom with slider doors to separate from the living room with a trundle bed Living has a sectional and French day bed. A sunroom has a trundle bed and sitting area for games . Large pine vaulted ceilings in kitchen and a dining table for eight people . Washer and dryer in the mud room . 9 miles from Dreamparks washer and dryer . WiFi internet access . Perfect Baseball team rental . Or weekly and monthly rentals available upon request . Last Two reviews were due to COVID and staff absenteeism.

Summary: This was a beautiful lakefront property that offered a great, relaxing, spacious, and engaging experience. The property has all amenities we needed to enjoy family time, with a warm fireplace indoors, a firepit outdoors, a kayak, and outdoor seating to enjoy activities on the lake. I brought groceries to enjoy a family dinner and found all the cookware necessary for a great experience. The property host was very responsive to my messages and offered tips on how best to enjoy our stay in the area. No internet or connectivity issues. For the first-time booking of a property, other than a hotel, we highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a home away from home. We loved it and will be returning.
